“fregato”!!!?

  3. tenkiu,
    ti prego,
    abbi pietà!
qui si parla di cose serie…
e comunque, mi spiace per me.

  4. I guess that analyst is repeating the mantra that Bibi is a pragmatic politician first, so what he says is not what he does. he’s got Edu Barak in his government, can’t go too far on the right.

my fear is that they will sit out the first term of the Obama administration doing nothing too extreme one way or another, hoping he’s a one term president and that the next admin is more sympathetic, then they will see if their gamble pays out

(I guess all this obsession with death after life is a bit unhealthy, but so common among believers. is that what’s all about? you are afraid to die??? then you are not spending your life well….let me see if I find an appropriate quote…here we go, a bit moderate for my sake, but good enough:

“I think vital religion has always suffered when orthodoxy is more regarded than virtue. The scriptures assure me that at the last day we shall not be examined on what we thought but what we did.”

[Benjamin Franklin, letter to his father, 1738]

    and this

“I cannot conceive otherwise than that He, the Infinite Father, expects or requires no worship or praise from us, but that He is even infinitely above it.”

[Benjamin Franklin from “Articles of Belief and Acts of Religion”, Nov. 20, 1728]

    and to close , this

“I have found Christian dogma unintelligible. Early in life I absented myself from Christian assemblies.”

[Benjamin Franklin, in _Toward The Mystery_]

  8. …so nothing new,

wondering why at La Repubblica or Corriere they are so surprised…

most of this game is played away from the press’s eyes: those Israeli F16s need these small damn parts to fly and sometime shipments can be mysteriously delayed…those GBU-39 bombs have a shelf life…or they can come in defective…conservative jews haven’t really voted for Obama anyway…etc etc.there are many ways for the US to show some “tough love” and make the Israele look foolish or unreasonable…but it won’t be anything dramatic.
